Nomination papers are available for Rochester’s upcoming election starting Jan. 2 at Town Hall. Anyone interested in running for an open position must return the papers to Town Hall by Feb. 19.

Below is a list of the open seats: Selectman, three-year-term, one position; Tax Collector, three-year-term, one position; Town Clerk, three-year-term, one position; Herring Inspector, three-year-term, one position; Assessor, three-year-term, one position; Planning Board, two-year-term, one position; Library Trustees, three-year-term, two positions; Cemetery Commissioner, three-year-term, one position; Park Commissioner, three-year-term, one position; Rochester School Committee, three-year-term, two positions; Water Commission, three-year-term, one position; Old Rochester Regional School Committee, one three-year-term and one two-year-term, two positions.
