After nearly four years with the Old Rochester Regional School District, Business Administrator Katie Isernio has resigned.

Isernio made the announcement during the May 2 Marion School Committee meeting. She will be taking on the position of business administrator for the newly formed Monomoy Regional School District in Harwich.

Isernio said the move would be bittersweet after her time with Old Rochester.

"I just want to thank you all," Isernio said. "It's been a real pleasure."

Chair of the School Committee Brad Gordon said he was sad to see Isernio leave, but wished her well.

"You really recovered and revived our financial system and how we do business," Gordon said. "We wish you the best of luck and hope you start fresh with your new school district."
