The Marion Art Center will hold open auditions for a production of the 2013 Tony Winner for Best Play by Christopher Durang: “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.” For this comedy, the center seeks two males and four females. The character of Spike (male) must be young, fit and not afraid of wearing a bathing suit on stage.

Audition dates are Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sunday, April 24 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the theater, 80 Pleasant St.

The production dates are August 18 to 20, 25 to 27
