ORCTV, the cable access station for the tri-town area, is now offering viewers the opportunity to watch a selection of local programs online. The new service, available through VIMEO, is free and allows viewers to watch a show they may have missed or to keep in touch with tri-town happenings when away from home, said ORCTV Executive Director Don Cuddy.

The new platform also allows viewers in surrounding communities to sample ORCTV’S programming, he said.

VIMEO is a similar platform to Youtube but without the commercials. To watch ORCTV online, go to vimeo.com and put ORCTV in the search box.

The online platform will also include government meetings from Marion and Rochester as well as video from the Memorial Day boat race and the Fourth of July parade in Marion.
