Thomas James Hinman of Mattapoisett graduated with high honors from the University of Phoenix on October 7.

He is the son of John and Karen Hinman. He received a bachelor’s in business management and finance.

He is employed by the Harbor Development Commission City of New Bedford. He is a 2005 graduate of Old Rochester Regional High School.
