First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union has announced that Old Rochester Regional High School student Angela Weigel is one of 13 students recipients of its 23rd Annual Academic Scholarship Program. A $1,000 scholarship was awarded to each students from the credit union’s branch communities across the Southcoast and Cape Cod.

Each scholarship is awarded to deserving students who demonstrated a high level of academic excellence, leadership and service to their community.
