The first-ever South Coast Paranormal and Psychic Faire comes to the Seaport Inn and Marina in Fairhaven, located at 110 Middle Street on Saturday, April 21.

The event begins at 11 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for admission with an additional ticket purchase of $100 for a ghost hunt of the Bridgewater Triangle. Discounts are available online for preorders.

Celebrity guests at the Paranormal and Psychic Faire include Brian Harnois of SyFy Channel’s “Ghost Hunters” and “Ghost Hunters International;” Shannon Sylvia of “Ghost Hunters International” and ParaRock TV; and Keith and Sandra Johnson, who have been featured on “Paranormal State” and “Ghost Hunters.”

Other guest speakers include spirit medium and host of “Spirit Connections” Tiffany Rice; NEPR founder John Brightman; “Haunted RI” star Jason Mayoh; UFO abduction counselors Starborn Support; paranormal investigator Andrew Graham; EVP specialist Mike Markowicz; cryptozoologist Ken DaCosta; horror hosts Penny Dreadful, Garou and Uncle Fright; psychic medium Robyne Marie; Cody Ray DesBiens and more.

Presentation topics include “UFOs and Abductions,” “Evidence and Experience on the Trail of New England Ghosts,” “Demonology 101” and more.

There will also be a live “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” performance, as well as a screening of the cult classic “Rocky Horror Picture Show” to close out the night.

Authors including Andrew Lake (“Ghosthunting Southern New England”), Tom D’Agostino (“Haunted Rhode Island,” “Haunted Massachusetts”) and Derek Gunn (“Amazing Massachusetts”) will also be in attendance.

In addition, numerous mediums and psychics from the Southeastern Massachusetts area will be on hand to provide readings for a small additional charge.

Hosting the event will be Tim Weisberg, host and executive producer of “Spooky Southcoast” on WBSM-AM and author of “Ghosts of the SouthCoast” and the forthcoming “Haunted Objects.”
