It’s All About The Animals, a feline shelter in Rochester, found the cutest way to celebrate Octoberfest — with Octopurrfest.
The shelter hosted vendors for its third annual fundraiser festival. The vendors included dog treat companies, animal shelters and animal hospitals, and the shelter had 100 items up for auction.
