Join the Mattapoisett community for a fundraiser to raise money for the Mattapoisett Boatyard, which was destroyed in a fire in August. 

The fundraiser will take place on Sunday, Oct. 2, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Rustico on Route 6 in Mattapoisett.

There will be a buffet of food including pasta, meatballs, salad, rolls, and pizza. There will be a silent auction, live music, raffle, and cash bar. 

There are limited tickets available, and they won’t be sold at the door. The cost is $20 for adults, and $10 for children 12 and under. Cash or checks (payable to Mattapoisett Lions Club) can be purchased at Rustico or messaging the Mattapoisett Lions Club on Facebook.

They are also collecting local grocery store gift cards, which may be dropped off at Rustico in card boxes located at the bar and the take-out window.

Parking is available on Route 6 at On the Go, the Mattapoisett Boatyard, Both Wooden Tangent lots, and at Rustico. 

This fundraiser is a collaboration with the Mattapoisett Lions Club, the Mattapoisett Woman's Club and the Mattapoisett American Legion Florence Eastman Post 280 and Rustico Kitchen and Bar.
