The state's general election will be held Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Polling in Mattapoisett will be held at Old Hammondtown School, 20 Shaw Street. In Rochester, polls will be open at the Senior Center, 67 Dexter Lane. And in Marion, the Benjamin D. Cushing VFW Post on Mill Street (Route 6) will be open for voting.
