ROCHESTER — Have a say in Rochester’s future by participating in a public survey for the town’s master plan.

The Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District is working with the Town of Rochester to develop a 2024 master plan.

According to the SRPEDD website, the 2024 Rochester master plan “is a technical document that considers population, market, and land use changes in order to understand where [Rochester is] now - and to chart a course for tomorrow.”

To complete the master plan, SRPEDD and Rochester town officials are looking to hear opinions about the town’s future from local residents, business owners, and workforce members.

The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open until Oct. 1.
