Mattapoisett Recreation and Kristin Boucher, RN, are offering "Real Food for Real Kids - Healthy School Lunch Boxes" on Saturday, October 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The class will focus on nutritional, balanced lunch meals that parents can make to help their kids learn and concentrate better as well as tips to save money. Parents will take home a book of recipes and taste test new lunch options.

The event will take place at Kitchen & Bath Details, 81 Fairhaven Road in Mattapoisett.

Seating is limited. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Pre-registration is appreciated.
