MATTAPOISETT — A reception will be held to celebrate an exhibit of student artwork currently on display at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library.

The reception for “Visual Voices” is Saturday, Nov. 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The display in the library’s reading room contains student pieces from Ceramics ll classes, AP Art, Honors Art lll and selected works from Drawing & Painting and Art 1 at Old Rochester Regional High School.

Attending students will discuss their work and answer any questions at the event. Light refreshments will be provided.
