The Rev. Philip C. Jacobs III will lead Sunday morning services on Aug. 19, at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, on Water Street. Services are offered at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Rev. Jacobs is rector of Trinity Church in Canton, Massachusetts. The church is located  next to the Town Beach in Mattapoisett. For 134 years, the little white chapel has been hosting visiting clergy from Massachusetts and beyond through Labor Day weekend.

The church uses the 1928 Common Book of Prayer during worship.  Vistors are encouraged to attend. All are welcome.
