ROCHESTER — Rochester Boy Scout Troop 31 is holding its annual turkey cookout at the Rochester Grange Hall on Saturday, Nov. 16.

The troop cooks 10 turkeys in homemade ovens over a 16-foot fire while a team prepares sides and desserts at the grange hall, where the troop holds its weekly meetings.

The event is made possible by the donations of the troop’s chartered organization, the Rochester Fire Department.

Other invited guests include members from the grange, police and fire departments and other supporters from the community.
