ROCHESTER — Boyscout Troop 31 kicked off March with an record-breaking Court of Honor held at the Grange Hall on Monday the fourth.

 

Scoutmaster Kevin Thompson presided over the ceremony as he proudly awarded his Scouts with 15 rank advancements and 28 merit badges.

 

The troop's current scout rank advancements set a new record for including four new Life Scouts who are currently working simultaneously as Eagle Scout Candidates on their Eagle Scout community service projects.

 

Troop 31 will be busy this year, supporting and giving back to their community like never seen before.
