In recognition of earning a National Senior Center Accreditation, the Rochester Council on Aging has invited the public to celebrate the achievement on Thursday, Nov. 14. Starting at 2:30 p.m., the event will feature a brief ceremony followed by music and refreshments. Local, state and federal dignitaries will be in attendance to congratulate the Council on Aging.
