Rochester Historical Society to hold organ concert, Christmas party

ROCHESTER — December is set to be a busy month at the Rochester Historical Society.

On Sunday, Dec. 15, the historical society will hold an organ concert at 2 p.m. Bruce Gardzinga returns to play the rare Vocalion organ, an announcement said.

The society’s monthly meeting on Wednesday, Dec 18 will be a Christmas party. It will include a chance to interact with the historical museum exhibit, holiday music with Tom and Sheila Perry and cocoa and cookies.

Memberships for 2025 for the Rochester Historical Society are also available in December.

Current members are reminded to reserve spots for the “Thankful Supper” on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. Members are asked to email eshbach2@aol.com or call 617-750-2818 with how many seats will be needed and what will be brought.
