Rochester Memorial School will hold an information session for parents of soon-to-be kindergarten students on Wednesday, Jan. 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the kindergarten classrooms.

Enrollment packets will be available at this time to take home and complete.

Kindergarten registration will take place Feb. 2 to 4, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 2:30 p.m. each day. Completed registration paperwork should be presented at this time.

When coming in to register, parents should bring a child's birth certificate, a valid driver's license, two proofs of address, an immunization record and a physician's certificate showing the date and results of lead screening. Each student must have a physical examination dated during the current year prior to the beginning of classes.

If there is an outstanding court order or decree regarding the legal custody of the child, that should also be presented at registration.

Those who cannot attend registration during the given times should arrange a time by calling the school office at 508-763-2049.
