Insurance Business America recently announced that RogersGray, which has an office in Mattapoisett, has been named as the #1 “Top Insurance Workplace” in the country for independent insurance agencies with more than 100 and less than 500  employees.

The award is based on anonymous employee surveys ranking their workplace culture, benefits and chances for development.

Organizations with at least an 80% average satisfaction rating from employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace. RogersGray has a score of 92.5%, held the highest overall score of any New England agency.

In January 2020 RogersGray acquired G.H. Dunn Agency, in Mattapoisett and Buzzards Bay. With the acquisition, David Dunn joined RogersGray as a partner and executive vice president.
