Sally A. Davis, 84, of West Wareham, formerly of Marion, passed away at home on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Born in Wareham, she was the daughter of the late Mario and Ile (Harju) Grassi.  

She attended and graduated from Wareham Public Schools. She first worked as an Ice Cream Scooper at Petersen’s Ice Cream in Marion and later retired as an Operator from New England Telephone & Telegraph after 30 years and was a member of the New England Telephone Company Pioneers. She loved spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren. She always enjoyed celebrations and gatherings with family and friends, a good card game, puzzle, Sudoku, Parcheesi, the New England Patriots, a good Scavenger Hunt and her trips to Florida

She is survived by her son Robert Davis and his wife Carolyn of Marion, grandchildren: Justine Iacaponi and her husband Brian of NC, Brandon Davis and Bethany Davis, both of Marion. Great-Grandchildren: Cody, Bryce, Ashton and Skylar. She was the sister of the late Robert Grassi.

A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 12 noon in Centre Cemetery,  Tihonet Road, Wareham.
