On Thursday, March 16, Marine scientist and shark researcher Greg Skomal will talk about his work to save the great white sharks that have been showing up in increasing number on the shores of Cape Cod.

Skomal has a PhD from Boston University and teaches at the University of Massachusetts School for Marine Science and Technology in New Bedford. He has studied sharks from the Arctic Circle to the Central Pacific and been featured in numerous films and television programs.

The lecture will take place at 6:30 p.m at Tabor Academy's Hoyt Hall on Front Street. The community is welcome to attend.
