The Joseph H. Plumb Library will host a sing along of folk songs from the 1930s at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library on Sunday March 17 from 2 to 3 p.m for a sing-along of folk songs of the 1930's. 

Participants will sing songs collected by the Works Progress Administration musicians or written by Woody Guthrie and other folk composers of the Depression.

Lyric sheets will be provided and light refreshments will be served. Musical accompaniment will be provided by local musicians.

This program is part of the "One Book, Tri-Town" series of events, and is supported by the Rochester Cultural Council and the Friends of Plumb Library.
