Pam Tietze, also known as "The Singing Nurse," sang show tunes and Irish ditties at the Mattapoisett Council on Aging Tuesday afternoon.

Tietze said she was first called "The Singing Nurse" shortly after earning her nursing degree when her colleagues found out she had a good voice. The mother of three continues to work as a nurse, but enjoys singing on the side.
