Reading and walking isn't always recommended, but snowshoeing and reading is a perfect combination for a wintery day at the library.

Erick Dawson borrowed the Mattapoisett Library's snowshoes on Thursday and took them around the building for a story walk in which pages of a book are posted around the outside of the library.

The library's snowshoes are currently just kid sized, but adults adult sizes are coming soon!
