MATTAPOISETT — The Teen Advisory Board at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library is collecting donations for the Fairhaven Animal Shelter.

The shelter needs non-clumping cat litter, laundry detergent, bleach, canned dog food, Lysol cleaner, Pine-Sol and dry cat food. The shelter would also be interested in other appropriate items, such as dog and cat toys, blankets, etc.

All donations may be left in the bins at the Mattapoisett Library, 7 Barstow St., until May 14.
