Mattapoisett Recreation will hold its second annual tiki party at Town Beach on Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The rain dates is June 28.

The sand castle building contest will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. All ages are welcome to participate. Register online as a family, group or an individual. Winners will receive prizes.

The Mattapoisett Lions club will provide a hotdog cookout beginning at noon, and the Mattapoisett Library will supply exotic summer drinks at the tiki bar.

Reggae music, beach crafts and games will be on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Kids can also sign up for the summer reading program at the party.
