ROCHESTER — Though the in-person season of the Tri-County Symphonic Band was called off for covid concerns, the group will be holding a virutal concert on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 3 p.m., entitled a “Fall Virtual Panoply”

The concert begins with "To Dance in the Secret Garden" by Robert W. Smith as performed by the 2019 Tri-County Symphonic Band performance at Dartmouth High School. 

That will be followed by student scholarship recipient solo performances fromOld Rochester High School alumnus Maxx Wolski, Pedro Silva, Wyatt Crosby and ORR student Mason Tucker. Brass and woodwind chamber groups comprised of Tri-County Symphonic Band members will also be featured throughout the program.

The concert concludes with an excerpt from "The William Tell Overture" recorded live last February (the band's last performance before a live audience) at Dartmouth High School.
