The Tri-County Symphonic Band returns on March 18 with a performance of German Gems at the Fireman Performing Arts Center located at Tabor Academy.

The performance begins at 3 p.m.

Their 50th season celebration continues with original compositions for the band by former Music Director George Dietzler framed by transcriptions from the German masters.

Violinist Jesse Holstein, concertmaster of the New Bedford Symphony, will be the featured soloist. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free.
