MARION — Community Nurse Home Care has received funds from the Friends of Marion Visiting Nurses Association to provide Marion residents health-related services not covered by insurance.

These funds may be used for care transition consultation, caregiver guidance and navigation, comfort care, community health worker outreach, complimentary nursing evaluation visits, and dementia care and support. 

Residents, their family members, the Marion Council on Aging or medical personnel can email grants@communitynurse,com, call 508-992-6278 or fax 508-996-0781 to make a request for funds.
