The Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity Marion build is underway and volunteers are needed.

Professional and skilled builders, tradesmen and site leaders who are experienced in construction and are willing to work with a group of volunteers are in demand. Subcontractors and materials needed for insulation, roofing, siding, gutters, drywall, flooring, plumbing/heating and cabinetry/countertops are also needed.

Also, people or groups who are interested in supplying coffee, water and food for the volunteers are welcome, too.

The first volunteer weekend takes place Aug. 22 and 23 and every weekend after until Nov. 1. For more schedule information, visit http://buzzardsbayhabitat.org/.
