ROCHESTER — Grab a pair of binoculars and lace up walking shoes for the Rochester Land Trust’s upcoming bird walk.

The walk will take place on Sunday, May 18 and will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Avian enthusiast Tanya Sanders will lead the walk, helping walkers identify different birds by sight and sound during the height of the migratory bird season.

Kids and dogs should be left at home unless they are able to quietly observe their surroundings.

The walk will begin at the parking lot on New Bedford Road and will go through the Shoolman Preserve in Rochester.
