Mattapoisett Wharf Cruise Nights received approval from Selectmen to return this summer for 10 dates, beginning May 3 and running until September 20.

Organizer Donald Lake said the Friday night event averages 55 classic cars at Shipyard Park.

“If it’s a good night, the place will be jamming,” said Lake.
