Willie Weir, noted columnist for Adventure Cyclist magazine, and KUOW public radio commentator, will be the keynote speaker this year’s SouthCoast Bikeway Alliance Summit.

Known for high-energy, hilarious, and moving presentations, Willie will entertain South Coast cyclists and others with inspiring stories of bicycle travel.

The evening celebrates the fourth year of the SouthCoast Bikeway Alliance’s efforts to improve biking in the SouthCoast and “Build the Bikeway.”

Weir, who has cycled almost every corner of the world, has taken the theme of cycling to new heights. A trained actor, skilled photographer, and talented writer with two cycling memoirs to his credit, he is known for keeping a crowd in stitches recounting his memorable adventures.
