The Rochester Planning Board will hold a public workshop to discuss and solicit public feedback on the potential establishment of a Village Center Overlay District to allow for mixed-use development in and around Rochester Town Center. The workshop will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 9 a.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
