The Marion Art Center will host a two-day plein air watercolor workshop taught by artist Arthur Kvarnstrom on Saturday, Aug. 24 and Sunday, Aug. 25. The two-day workshop costs $300.  Materials are not included. At least five people will need to attend. There is a 12-person limit for the workshop.

Arthur Kvarnstrom is a New York artist who has exhibited extensively in New York, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania, most recently at the Marion Art Center. The center gallery is located at 80 Pleasant St., Marion and is open Tuesday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Admission is free and open to the public.
