Southcoast VNA’s Supportive Care Services presents Interfaith Remembrance Service 2017 on November 8

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. — Southcoast Health announced today that the Southcoast Visiting Nurse Association’s Supportive Care Services is presenting the Interfaith Remembrance Service on Wednesday, November 8 at 7 p.m. at Saint Bernard Church, 30 South Main Street, in Assonet.

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month. This event offers an opportunity to remember a loved one who has passed in the company of others who share a similar experience.

It is free and open to the public. An informal gathering with refreshments will follow the service.

Donations are gratefully accepted and may be made in memory of loved ones. Donations received by Monday, October 30 will include the names of loved ones in the service program. Special remembrance ornaments will also be available at the service for $10.
