Organizers for Mattapoisett Congregational Church Yard Sale are now accepting items for its annual yard sale, which is slated for Saturday, Aug, 4.

Items are being sought for a children's table, and a jewelry table. Other things sought are household items, clothing, and furniture, including tables, chairs, clothes bureaus, end tables and desks. They cannot accept luggage, electronics, text books, books, upholstered furniture, or appliances.

Donated items will be accepted at the church's Mechanics Street door, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Do not leave items at the door after hours.

The yard sale will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon, on Aug. 4. The church is located at 27 Church St. in Mattapoisett.
