MATTAPOISETT — At the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District virtual annual meeting on June 3, town Planning Board member Janice Robbins was re-elected to the commission for another year. 

The commission, made up of four cities and 23 towns, helps plan for the future of southeastern Massachusetts, including the expansion of economic opportunities, the protection of natural and historic resources and the development of physical and cultural amenities.

Robbins has been a part of Mattapoisett’s Planning Board since 2016.
