ROCHESTER — Though the warrant is still open, the town will hold a fall Special Town Meeting on Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. at Rochester Memorial School.

The meeting, which is usually held every fall, will be used to address changes in zoning by-laws or capital items.

The deadline for article submission is Sept. 16. Selectmen set the date for the Meeting at an Aug. 17 Select Board meeting.
