The organization Bikes for All and Tabor Academy students joined forces on Saturday, Oct. 14 to refurbish donated bikes, according to a press release from Bikes for All. 

The group repaired and tuned up 14 bicycles with the help of Tabor Academy’s Noel Pardo, Bill Trimble from On the Spot mobile bike repair, and Jim Finnerty. 

To date, Bikes for All has refurbished 160 bicycles that are set to be distributed within the Tri-Town community, wrote Bikes for All Vice-President and Secretary Jane Finnerty in a press release. 

Bikes for All is an initiative of the Mattapoisett Rail Trail.
