Rochester Republicans to hold pizza party fundraiser, host guest speaker

ROCHESTER — The Rochester Republican Town Committee will hold a pizza party fundraiser at the Ponderosa, 242 Robinson Rd, Acushnet, on Jan. 22, at 6:30 p.m.
There is a $20 cost to attend and the guest speaker will be Harold Shurtleff, co-founder and director of Camp Constitution.
Shurtleff was born in Boston and now resides in Alton, New Hampshire. Shurtleff is a U.S Army veteran, and member of the Son’s of the American Revolution. In 2009, he co-founded Camp Constitution, a New Hampshire-based charitable trust where he serves as its director. He is the President of the Samuel L. Blumenfeld Literacy Foundation and writes a monthly article for “The Weirs Times” and “The Boston Broadside. He is the host of Camp Constitution radio, a weekly radio show that airs on WBCQ as well as on podcast platforms.
