Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity is hosting a sunset cruise to fundraise for the organization's work in developing affordable homes for local families in need.

Buzzards Bay Habitat serves the towns of Acushnet, Fairhaven, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Wareham, New Bedford and Dartmouth.

The Sunset Cruise with offer a "Taste of Southcoast" with light fare served and music by locals Grace Morrison, Ben Moniz and Marta Rymer.

The cruise will take place on Saturday, July 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (boarding time 5:45 p.m.).

Tickets are a $50 donation and $15 per child’s ticket with an adult ticket purchase. Tickets may be purchased on line at www.BuzzardsBayHabitat.org or by calling the office at 508-758-4517.

The cruise will leave from New Bedford Harbor - 66B State Pier, out to Clark’s Cove, through Padanaram Harbor to Mishaum Point and then return to New Bedford.
