MARION — The Marion Council on Aging’s Festival of Trees will run from Saturday, Nov. 23 to Monday, Dec. 9.

An opening reception will be held on the festival’s opening date, Saturday, Nov. 23, from 1 to 3 p.m.

The reception will feature an artisan sale, music, refreshments, basket raffles and a hot cocoa bar.

Organizations, businesses, community groups or interested individuals are invited to sponsor and decorate a tree for this year’s festival. Three-foot table top, pre-lit trees will be made available to participants.

Raffle tickets will also be sold, with winners drawn on Monday, Dec. 9 at 12 p.m.
