The Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts will hold the eighth annual Summer’s Last Blast on Friday, September 7, at 6 p.m. the Kittansett Club in Marion.

The fundraiser will celebrate the Foundation’s 17 years of service to the community and the end of summer with a gourmet dinner and top shelf beverages served by The Kittansett Club, and dancing to the Blues/R&B sound of Diane Blue.

The festivities will begin at 6 p.m., with hors d’oeuvres and a clam and oyster raw bar provided by Seth and Dorothy Garfield of Cuttyhunk Shellfish Farms, Inc. A served dinner will follow, with dancing to Diane Blue and her band until 11 p.m.
