MATTAPOISETT — Frozen meat, vegetables and non-perishables are some of the items available for no-cost at the Lamb of God Christian Church’s monthly food assistance event, taking place at Mattapoisett American Legion Hall on Sunday, March 23 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The limited supply of food will be distributed by the Dartmouth Full Plate Project via the Boston Food Bank.

The event welcomes “all Mattapoisett residents needing additional help with the rising costs of food.”
