All anglers welcome at Rochester fishing program

Have you ever wanted to learn how to fish?

The MassWildlife Angler Education Program in partnership with the Buzzards Bay Coalition, is offering a free fishing course on Thursday, June 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Mary’s Pond. The actual area of the lesson will be at the end of Perry’s Lane.

Attendees will learn the basics of freshwater fishing, from casting out to baiting up. Fishing equipment, terminal tackle and live bait will be available for participants to use. Beginner anglers of all ages are welcome.
