Area active service military, reservists and veterans are invited to join the monthly meetings of the American Legion Florence Eastman Post 280, which serves the Tri-Town area of Mattapoisett, Marion and Rochester, and beyond.

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Florence Eastman Post, 3 Depot St., Mattapoisett.

The commander is Rachel Perron. Tri-Town Veterans Service Agent is Chris Gerrior.
