The Annie Maxim House donated a total of $3,000 to Rochester town departments.

Located on North Street, the senior citizen facility donates the funds annually.

The money is earmarked for specific departments: $1000 for Police, $500 for the Fire Department, $500 for the ambulance, $500 for Highway Department, $250 for the Council on Aging and $250 for the Communications Department (dispatch).

The town received the donations on Jan. 3.
