Assembly 56 fundraiser to take place at Cosi on August 27

Aug 23, 2014

Assembly 56 of the International Order of Rainbow Girls will be raising money for its charitable programs on Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Cosi in Wareham Crossing.

A portion of the proceeds from anyone who eats at Cosi between 5 and 9 p.m. will benefit the Rainbow Girls.

Based out of the Masonic Lodge in Marion, Assembly 56 draws girls ages 11-20 from Wareham, Marion, Mattapoisett and Rochester. Past community service work and donations have benefited a Doty Street cleanup in Wareham, the Gifts to Give Program out of New Bedford, Helping Paws in Fall River, CHAMPS in Wareham, Dana Faber Hospital in Boston and the Wareham Fire Department.
